    • Base: You can send email for bug reports or feature requests. No notification on the progress, only on the resolution. No SLA.

    • Bundle: Everything base plus read-only access to our github repository where you can create issues for bug reports and feature requests. You track progress in the github issue. No SLA.

    • Plus: Everything bundle plus priority handling for bug reports and feature requests. Optional service desk access. SLA available.

  • Odoo Development:

    • We develop only for supported Odoo versions

    • You need to have a test instance here for us to accept any work: https://backendo.com/

    • Monthly fee or occasional fee

  • Odoo Consultation:

    • We provide consultation only for supported Odoo versions

    • Monthly fee or occasional fee
